Zumba Fitness classes are open to people of ALL fitness levels, from beginner to fitness fanatics! No dance experience is needed.
The dance steps are made to be easy to follow. Simply mimic the leader and apply effort. The more effort, the more calories burned during a session.
We start with a an easy warm up, and a few steps, then before you know it, we are in a Fitness Dance Party!
Classes are $10.00 for walk ins, Five class punch card* for $45.00 is available and can be used at the locations where we offer ZUMBA Fitness.
